THE BOAT

… for her next adventure. A 47 years old lady deserves a little TLC from time to time. 

A fateful event brought us to Antigua in 2017. After an engine failure we were stranded on the beautiful island of Antigua. With the new engine came new ideas and rebuilding plans. So we’ve decided to make Antigua our retreat and began the phase of reconstruction. But don’t worry. We’ve also explored the Lesser Antilles extensively in recent years.

So after a major refit inside and outside, new additional furlers, new sails and tons of other big and small projects, this is how our Charon looks like today.

We’re really happy with her, even though our Charon will probably always be one of the smallest boats in the bay ;-).
